Dear Journal,

I'm going to write you a regular volume, for I've got heaps to tell.  I do so miss Marmee, and Meg and Beth and Amy, and of course father.  But I do feel that the wonderful writing of Louisa May Alcott and Allan Knee, and the beautiful music of Jason Howland and Mindi Dickstein have inspired a musical adventure of a close knit family growing up in Civil War America that will touch everyone’s heart.  It’s a night of guaranteed laughter, tears and a lifting of the spirit.
